A safe place to share your story and understand yourself better.

About Me & How I Work

I am a qualified Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist. I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London and hold a postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a full clinical member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

My way of working starts by me welcoming you with compassion and without judgement.

As a trauma informed practitioner, I make great efforts to facilitate a place of safety, where you can share your story and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, whilst working at a pace that feels right for you.

I understand that part of my role as therapist is to help my clients access their own inner wisdom and guidance, and believe that everyone has within themselves the capacity to heal their wounds and become free from limiting beliefs.

My approach is Integrative, meaning that I draw upon several different modalities in my work, depending on your needs at any given time. Each session can differ, and I do not start the session with an agenda. Instead, you can explore anything that you wish to bring, or that comes up in the moment.

My way of working is holistic as I incorporate psychological, philosophical, and spiritual perspectives. I therefore, consider the mind, body and soul aspects of each client in my work with them. I draw upon psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and Jungian approaches, whilst maintaining a transpersonal perspective. These varied perspectives enable me to meet you where you are at and collaborate with you to build a therapeutic journey that reflects your individual needs.

I provide the opportunity to explore your relationships with others, as well as the relationship you have with yourself. Sessions may involve looking to the past, being curious about what is going in for you in the present moment or uncovering the beliefs and feelings you hold about the future.

When appropriate I may offer a different perspective or a practical solution. Sometimes, I will propose creative techniques that involve working with the imagination or dreams, or body-oriented exercises. I have found that genograms, can be a very effective tool for self understanding also.

I offer sessions in East London, West London and online.
